Meet the people with non-surgically generated holes in their earlobes, from a woman who started expanding her earlobes as a harassed 13-year-old to a man who has been mistaken for the devil.
In an effort to have the largest ears on the earth, some people, believe it or not, have spent years expanding their earlobes.
The men and women depicted here all stand out for their extreme looks, which is a distinctive approach to exhibit individuality.
The motivations of those who enjoy body modification are discusses in the section below.
The tattoo artist Kalawelo Kaiwi is a great place to start.
Kalawelo Kaiw – Largest Earlobes
For having the “largest flesh tunnel” on Earth, he was featured in the new Guinness World Records 2023 book edition.
Each of his earlobes measure a staggering 10.5cm (or 4.13 inches) and he first got this verified in April 2014.
Kalawelo from Hawaii. Kalawelo can fit his entire hand in each loop which are about the size of a tea cup diamatre.
He also has a split tongue, silicone horn implants and spikes set into bolt holes across his head.
Despite not being big on public speaking, his eye-popping aesthetic receives a mixed response online.
yours to worry about what someone does with THEIR body.”
Josh Doran continued, “I find it funny how many people judge him by his appearance when they know nothing about him. Kala is such a kind guy enthusiastic about what he does and really excellent at it.
But Lynn Wade responded in a way that was more Karen-like: “So awful to see someone misuse their body. Whoever had the idea to accomplish this in the first place requires mental evaluation.
“It’s going to be a major regret when they’re old! It’s difficult to view this and not consider what may cause someone to even want this!
Bianca Ferro – Largest Earlobes
Tattoo artist Bianca Ferro, who endured constant bullying as a youth, is one individual who is accustomed to rude remarks.
She was called “chubby and weird” by other kids, and at the age of 13, she started stretching her ears.
At age 26, she aspires to have the largest earlobes in the entire globe, just as Kalawelo Kaiwi.
In an interview with the Daily Star earlier this year, she discussed her goal and said: “Eventually my mum found out and didn’t love it, but she also didn’t mind enough to have me take them out.
On the other side, my father forbade me from expanding my ears, especially when I was still a little child.
“He tried to stop me from extending them. But no matter how hard he tried, I always managed to keep doing it.” Now my parents don’t give them a second thought.
They just perceive them as an extension of myself, as that is all that they are.
She thinks a world record is within reach because her earlobes are currently 3.3 inches long.
Bianca, a native of New Jersey, doesn’t let her critics stop her and called her lobes “lovely.”
She remarked, “I’m sure the day will come as long as I continue to take care of my ears and extend them appropriately.”
Rolf Buchholz – 516 physical modifications
The next person is Rolf Buchholz, who has already won recognition for having the greatest physical alterations in history.
The German, 62, who has 516 physical modifications, is also listed in this year’s Guinness World Records.
His amazing collection includes subdermal horn implants, magnets in each of his right hand’s fingertips, and 481 piercings, 278 of which are on his genitalia.
Victor Hugo noted that those who evaluate others by their appearance: “Many people, most of whom are elderly and hold prejudices or religious convictions, disagree with this way of life and criticise it because they lack an understanding of other people’s tastes.
“I don’t let it bother me, and I don’t give them any thought.
Gregory McLaren, also known as Lucky Diamond Rich, is another man with prominently drooping earlobes and the world’s most tattooed man.
He has spent more than 1,000 hours having various painters modify his physique. And his unmistakable face elicits a range of responses from members of the public.
